Perhaps two of the most allergic foods known to man are milk or dairy products and wheat. Remember when it was safe to drink milk and eat that wholemeal sandwich? Well, no more. Let me explain further.

The milk, for example, comes from cows, which eat the grass and the grass itself has been sprayed with pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. We know it’s not good for us, but 20% of the time we can get a little crazy! But we should all stay away from them as much as possible because they are simply not so good for us.
